Hi, I'm Yanneris — the proud founder of Syps.

Syps was born from years spent working in bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and hosting many family events. Over time, I fell in love with the craft of mixology — the balance, the creativity, and the history behind every spirit. (And yes, I am a full-blown tequila snob and wear that title proudly! I know exactly which bottles deserve to be poured at your event and which ones should stay far away.)

Through all those years behind the bar, I learned a beautiful truth: drinks aren't just drinks. They are experiences, memories, and tiny celebrations in a glass.

The true fuel behind Syps is my 13-year-old son. He keeps me on my toes, pushes me to grow, and reminds me daily why building this business matters. I want him to see that passion can become purpose — and purpose can build something beautiful.

My goal is to bring a deeply personalized bar experience to life's most meaningful moments. Whether it's a handcrafted cocktail or a thoughtful non-alcoholic creation, I love making drinks that make people feel seen, celebrated, and cared for.
